Plan Your Trip

Planning a trip to India can be overwhelming — the distances are huge, the culture varies wildly state to state, and most travel advice online is either generic or trying to sell you a fixed package. I've spent years traveling this country independently, on budgets from ₹5,000 backpacking trips to guided luxury stays, across 22 states and union territories. I use that, plus a personal network of local contacts, to help you actually experience the India you're looking for — not a one-size-fits-all itinerary.

Every trip is different, so pricing is quoted after I understand what you need — tell me about your trip below and I'll get back to you within 24 hours.

How I can help

01

Custom itinerary planning

I design a day-by-day plan based on your interests, budget, and timeline — where to go, how long to spend, how to get between places, and what to actually prioritize. Delivered as a document you can follow independently.

02

Airport pickup & local orientation

I (or a trusted local contact) meet you on arrival and get you oriented — local customs, safety basics, currency, connectivity, and a smooth first day. A good fit if you want a confident start without a full guided trip.

03

In-person local guiding

I join you in person for a city or region, taking you beyond the standard tourist circuit — local food, non-touristy sites, and the kind of access that's hard to get on your own.

04

Concierge & booking coordination

I use my local contacts network to arrange stays, drivers, permits, and specific experiences on your behalf. Any bookings made this way are handled directly between you and the actual service provider, at their real rates — I'll always share their terms with you before anything is booked, and nothing goes ahead without your agreement.

05

Extended multi-region guiding

For longer trips, I can join you in person across multiple regions — availability and scope depend on dates and what you need, so this gets scoped individually rather than sold as a fixed package.

06

Off-the-beaten-path & permit regions

Northeast India in particular — Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram — along with other permit- or logistics-heavy regions. This is where a lot of general travel agencies fall short, and where my own travel experience is most direct.

Good to know before you send this

Any stays, food, or experiences I arrange on your behalf are booked directly with the actual provider, at their rates — I'll share their terms with you before booking, and nothing proceeds without your agreement.

For my own services specifically: cancellations more than 7 days before your trip starts are 90% refundable, 50% refundable inside 3 days, and non-refundable on the day itself. Exact terms are confirmed with your quote, since they can vary by what's involved.
